Puppy Dog Hotel are pleased to help promote and support UK Assistance Dog Charities.
Border Collie Trust can trace its history back to the 1970’s and became a registered charity in 1996. The following year it opened a rescue centre at Colton in Staffordshire from where 400 to 500 collies and collie crosses are rehomed each year.
In addition to rescuing collies the Trust also provides a lot of information and advice to owners of collies.
The dogs we rescue come from other rescues, stray pounds and of course individual owners who for one reason or another fund themselves unable to care for their dog.
Like all animal charities, fundraising and donations are our only source of income so the support of the public is vital to our work;
There are many different ways you can help the Trust continue its work and details can be found on our website www.bordercollietrustgb.org.uk or by contacting the centre on 01889 577058.
Thank you on behalf of our wonderful canine friends.
PLEASE consider helping this superb charity by offering your services in some way or by making a donation...even small amounts can make a huge difference. Thank you.
